Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our aviation team as an Aviation Administrative Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support while handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the aviation department. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality service to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing professional and efficient assistance.
• Coordinate with vendors, schedule deliveries, and service requests.
• Manage documentation, customer correspondence, and regulatory requirements.
• Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Assist with internal administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
• Support customer feedback initiatives, addressing concerns and improving service quality.
• Utilize CRM systems and booking platforms to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

• Strong customer service skills
• Proficiency in clerical and data entry tasks
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Inventory management
• Familiarity with work orders and invoicing

The work environment follows a shift schedule from 5 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, with an AWS 4x10 setup. The role requires working in a dynamic and fast-paced setting, interacting with various customers and vendors utilizing advanced booking and CRM systems.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stockton, California.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
