Job Type: Full-Time 12-Month Consultant Contract
Pay Rate: $41.06/hour

Your Opportunity to Make an ImpactPDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Administrator II-ADV to manage a critical portfolio of aerospace customers. This is a high-level, customer-facing role where you’ll oversee the full contract lifecycle—from unit induction through quoting, shipment, and post-delivery support.

Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact for all contracting matters related to your assigned customer portfolio.
Review and process incoming repair paperwork, ensuring unit induction within 24 hours.
Manage the full quote-to-cash cycle: generate and obtain quote approvals, resolve accounts receivable, and align with financial terms.
Ensure compliance with contract terms, customer expectations, and internal policies.
Work cross-functionally with Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Trade Compliance teams.
Coordinate with International Trade Compliance to ensure import/export activities meet regulatory standards.
Monitor and support internal financial objectives including payment terms, milestones, and collections.
Align hardware forecasts and delivery schedules with internal and customer teams.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and reporting activities to enhance contract workflows.
Identify and escalate contractual risks or compliance issues, supporting mitigation strategies.
QualificationsRequired:
University Degree with 5+ years of experience OR
Advanced Degree with 3+ years of experience OR
9+ years of directly relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Proficiency with Microsoft O365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-demand environment
Preferred:
Experience with SAP, particularly in contract or order management modules
Familiarity with pricing, quote approvals, and financial reconciliation
Prior experience in aerospace, defense, or other regulated industries
Knowledge of export/import regulations and working with Trade Compliance teams

Pay Details: $41.06 per hour
