- This is a full-time position, starting at $20 an hour
- Due to the nature of the operation, employees may be asked to remain onsite beyond their scheduled end time in response to irregular operations

Training Schedule
All Above Wing Customer Service Agents assigned to United Express (UAX) operations are required to attend the following mandatory training courses scheduled from October 8, 2025 at 7:45 AM MT through October 17, 2025 at 4:15 PM MT. Successful completion and full attendance are conditions of continued employment in this role.
- UAX Customer Service (CS) Initial Training
• Required for all UAX Above Wing agents
• 8-day course; weekends off
• Day class: 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM - UAX Gate Management – Aero
• Required for all UAX Above Wing agents
• 4-day course
• Day class: October 28, 2025 from 7:45 AM MT through October 31, 2025 at 4:15 PM MT
