To support this vision, we’re looking for a permanent Delivery Enablement Specialist (Project and Programme delivery and Change Management) to join our Delivery Enablement team. This role is about more than managing plans and timelines; were after someone who thrives in agile environments and brings a practical, outcome-focused mindset to delivery. Youll work across Tribes and Squads, helping navigate complexity and drive momentum by unblocking barriers and supporting the team to deliver value early and often.
You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives that span teams, vendors, and business areas, managing interdependencies and creating alignment to ensure delivery success. Youll need to be comfortable flexing across traditional delivery disciplines and bring the confidence to lead in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where the path forward isn’t always obvious.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead delivery activities for a project or initiative to support the timely delivery of value, by being an expert problem solver you will unblock constraints, leverage the full potential model to drive the outcomes.
