Position Description:

Title: Human Resources Assistant

Summary: As the Human Resources Assistant, You will play a vital role in the Human Resources Department. Assisting with many duties including onboarding, employee relations, company swag and more!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities included, but not limited to:

Send weekly emails to managers regarding employee birthdays and anniversaries
Assist in planning company events, such as picnics, parties, and lunches
Onboard new employees
Managing company swag inventory
Assist with i-9 and e-verifying processing
Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal laws
Assist employees with forms, policies, and general HR processes
Enter and update employee data in HRIS (ADP)
Assist the Human Resources team in any need that may arise
All other duties assigned

Education & Experience:

Preferred degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or other related field
Preferred one year of HR Experience or an internship related directly to HR
Preferred experience with ADP
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Takes initiative and is self-motivating
Significant ability to multi-task

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

This role in office M-F, 8-5, seated at a desk for most of the time
