Works in partnership with customers to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives and resolve HR issues. Responsible for and/or serves as an HR liaison for most of the following areas: succession planning, talent management, labor relations, employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, EEO, and training and development. Is familiar with policies and procedures, surveys and market data, employee data, laws and regulations, labor agreements, business plans, labor forecasts, recruiting data, and business principles, as they relate to personnel matters. Collaborates with other employees of the human resources organizations to analyze and design processes and systems to effectively attract, reward, and motivate Spirit's workforce.

The person will be trained on the systems they use at the site.
