Job Description:
The Lead Production Supervision Specialist will lead the daily operations of the Quality Lab and Shipping/Receiving departments of the Additive Technology Center. This coach will lead the QC and Shipping teams to achieve daily SQDC objectives while working strategic initiatives to meet long term site objectives. Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:

  • Direct people leadership responsibility including staffing, daily priorities, and performance development of QC Lab and Shipping salary non-exempt employees
  • Set clear objectives to achieve site Safety, Quality, Delivery, & Cost targets
  • Foster a positive and respectful work environment for all employees
  • Educate team on business best practices/policies/procedures
  • Provide direction to support needs of each area, including manpower, work assignments, scheduling of overtime, and training
  • Partner cross-functionally to problem solve product/process issues
  • Use of FLIGHT DECK and lean principles to improve overall team performance
  • Develop and support the growth of all employees

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
