Amentum is currently seeking an Operations Analyst II to support the PM Soldier Survivability (PM SSV) project office under Program Executive Office (PEO) Soldier, Ft. Belvoir, VA. This position will afford you an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and cohesive team whose mission is to provide and rapidly deliver enhanced protection, individual equipment, and aviation life support capabilities, which provides combat overmatch and facilitates mission execution.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Apply fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments and may be assigned the responsibility to participate in team project efforts
- Support organizational-level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders.
- Manage taskers and staffing packets.
- Develop and publish organizational-level operations functional policies and procedures, orders, Letters of instruction, other directives, and communications (EXSUMs, Information Papers, Briefings, Reports, etc.).
- Control, manage, and schedule organizational resources (conference rooms, calendars, etc.).
- Plan, resource, and support organizational events (command and staff meetings, town halls, ceremonies, etc.).
- Archive Operations functional documents and information.
- Represent operations functional leadership at meetings and conferences.
- Plan and manage facility requirements.
- Support special requirements (FOIA, International Program, Government Vehicle Driver, Safety, Security etc.).
Required Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree OR High school diploma with more than two (2) years of related work experience.
- Must have an Active US Government Secret Clearance. Please note US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Government Clearance.
