This role is for the Administrative Assistant for the Batesville Composite Operations Site, who will be responsible for a range of tasks focused around helping to maintain a smooth plant operation.Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
In this role, you will work with limited Supervision, meet day-to-day short-term objectives, and provide direct support to the site leadership team and production floor. As the Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Directly support and assist with assigned tasks from the Site Leadership Team;
- Assist in purchasing of all supplies for Production Leadership;
- Complete SSS Ordering for Production Leadership;
- Assist scheduling and maintaining conference rooms;
- Ownership and maintenance of the site email distribution lists;
- Ownership of vendor relationships and communication, including but not limited to: uniform pants & shirts, safety shoes, on-site vending services;
- Assist with visitors to the site (i.e. scheduling, badging);
- Assist with setting up site events (i.e. catering, room schedules, event preparation);
- Assist in setting up and preparing for site meetings such as all hands, celebrations;
- Create Production Packets and Labels for the production floor;
- Order Tracking, Troubleshooting and Escalation;
- Assist with site engagement activities (i.e. fund raising, donation compiling/submissions)

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree or High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution
Desired Characteristics:
- 3 years of administrative support experience
- Ability to perform basic functions with Microsoft Office products, including navigating to files, data input, presentation creation;
- Team player (team oriented success);
- Detail orientated; ability to multitask and prioritize

- Strong communication skills and ability to learn and understands all policies, practices, and procedures;
