• Agile person with ability and zeal to work on ground with close coordination with drivers, security staff, and facilities staff. 

Tentative Job Description

• Coordinate transportation requirements for crew and staff travel.
• Coordinate with supervisors for daily operations, ensuring transport availability as per the roster and subsequent changes.
• In case of any delay due late reporting of cab, it is to ensured that penalty clauses are enforced.
• Distribution of trips to the transport vendors.
• Verification of MIS
• Apply analytical skills to monitor, rational adoption of routes by the vendor.
• Monitor that vendors are ensuring clubbing of vehicle for same route.
• Supervise & ensure that transport supervisors coordinate with security vendor to route guards with female passenger during stipulated odd hours to meet regulatory compliance.
• Directing investigations to verify and resolve customer complaints.
• Monitor that transport vendors are complying with transport related policies, safety rules, union contracts and Government Rules.
• Taking action on SOS call
• Coordinating with transport automation team for any technical escalations.
• Supervise working of House Keeping staff at airports
• Any other Admin related task as assigned by the department head.
