Summary
We are looking for a Digital Experience Specialist to join our Digital Channels team. This role will be central in elevating Scoot’s digital presence by delivering seamless, user-centric experiences across our web and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end website content operations, drive UX and feature enhancements, and ensure our digital touchpoints remain optimized, accurate, and engaging for customers across all spanets.
This position requires a blend of content management expertise, product thinking, and data-driven decision-making. You will oversee multilingual web content updates, develop SEO-optimised materials, manage product roadmaps for platforms such as FlyScoot.com and WeChat, and ensure all enhancements are grounded in analytics, testing, and business impact. You will also play a key role in implementing AI-enabled content improvements and ensuring real-time, relevant information is delivered across channels.
Web Content Management
- Manage content updates on the corporate website in each localised language.
- Liaise with PR team to update announcements and other landing pages
- Assist in advising Market & Campaign Owners on feasible layouts/templates for new types of Campaign Page
- Identify AB Tests for different layouts on the web pages to promote higher click-through rates.
- Perform yearly website content audit
Web Enhancements - Improve UX
- Ensure website content is user-friendly, accessible, and optimise for all browsers and devices
- Develop and manage the website feature enhancement roadmap using Vendors Platform (EveryMundo, Insider)
Flyscoot.com Product Metrics/Analytics
- Identify and enable tracking of planned product features.
- Tracking of product metrics via regular generation of reports in the Digital Experience huddle
- Alignment of tracked product metrics with business outcome/ product objective
Crafting SEO driven content
- Producing compelling search-optimised content through thematic content articles, seasonal campaigns, travel inspiration content
- Incorporate targeted keywords, CTAs, internal links
Utilising Generative AI to enhance functionalities
- Tested on coherency, accuracy and relevancy of answers generated through the usage of Generative AI on websearch from diverse sources within databases/knowledge based articles
- Ensure real time information/content delivered to various sources/channels
WeChat Product Management
- Maintain a product roadmap aligne with business goals and priorities
- Contribute to the planning, execution and review of each sprint.
- Work with development team or vendors to refine and improve the development process.
- Determine whether the final project is acceptable.
- Inspect and evaluates product progress through each iteration.
- Accountable for each stage of development process and final process
