Web Content Management
Create, edit and publish content/campaigns on Scoots Corporate Website
Collaborate with Marketing, Design and Product teams to plan and develop campaigns, content, style and layout
Work closely with Translation Manager to update content in all supported languages
Identify AB Tests for different layouts on the web pages to promote higher click through rates.
Measure and improve campaign/content performance
Establish process changes to improve content workflow/publishing efficiency
Product Management - Wechat
Assist with Product Manager to manage and refine the product roadmap/backlog
Act as the key liaison between internal stakeholder ans external development vendor
Track and follow up on deliverables, timelines and issue resolution with the external vendor
Review and validate vendor deliverables against agreed requirements and acceptance criterias
Help analyze user feedback and WeChat analytics to recommend enhancements
Requirements:
At least a Diploma/Degree in the field of Business IT/Business/Ecommerce
Minimum 1 year experience in digital content management
Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
Knowledge of web traffic metrics
Attention to detail and good time-management skill
