As a Workflow Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for optimizing and improving workflow processes within our Aerospace division. We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Workflow Specialist to join our Part 145 Repair Shop team. Seeking is a highly driven individual who embodies a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a proactive approach, consistently taking ownership of their tasks and responsibilities. A successful candidate is one who initiates actions independently and thrives in fast paced environments. This role is primarily focused on supporting our technicians as a coach and trainer. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating standards of work, updating and maintaining all written documentation, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices. Additionally, this position will support on the shop floor and assist with RG final tasks as needed in a secondary role. This position plays a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency and improving overall shop performance.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm Monday - Friday
- Provide hands-on coaching and training to repair shop technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Develop and implement training programs that align with company objectives and industry standards.
- Collaborate with management to establish and document standard work procedures for various repair processes.
- Ensure that new standards are communicated effectively to all technicians and that they are adhered to in daily operations.
- Review, update, and maintain all written documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and technical manuals.
- Ensure that all documentation is compliant with Parts-145 regulations and is accessible to all staff.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions that enhance workflow efficiency.
- Participate in periodic audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with other departments, including Quality Assurance and Engineering, to ensure alignment and adherence to best practices.
- Facilitate communication between team members to foster cross functional collaboration.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Part 145 repair shop or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of Avionics industry regulations and standards.
- Proven experience in coaching, training, or development roles.
- Proficiency in using documentation tools and software.
