MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: |
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical training and experience in the following: AC, DC, Digital, Analog, Pulse, Comm/Nav and Pitot/Static Systems.
- Able to read and interpret complex wiring diagrams, charts and schematics.
- At least 5 years of experience in avionics, that includes at least 1 year of experience using computer systems and aircraft diagnostic software.
- Able to work on maintenance stands, extending to 25 feet with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to work in confined spaces and in unusual positions.
- Able to lift a minimum of 45 pounds, with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Must not be allergic to fuels, oils, hydraulic fluids and cleaning solvents.
- Must have manual dexterity.

ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: |
- Training and experience in corporate aircraft avionics systems; preferably with Falcon aircraft.
- FCC license with Radar endorsement.
- A & P license
- Ability to go on test flights

PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) |
- Complete assigned tasks within the allocated man-hour budgets and on schedule while maintaining quality standards and performing the tasks within the guidelines of all safety and regulatory regulations and requirements.
- Performs wire-by-wire, power, functional and operational checkouts of electrical and avionics systems prior to aircraft flight.
- Performs in-flight system checks and troubleshooting.
- Set-up all required electrical and avionics test equipment in compliance with technical data, and then complete the appropriate functional tests that are required for each system.
- Detects and reports any un-airworthy conditions.
- Connect air data test set to the appropriate aircraft fixtures and complete a full functional check-out of the entire pitot I static and air data system.
- Works in a safe manner in accordance with OSHA and Company safety procedures.
- Needs to be able to interpret various engineering documentation, diagrams and schematics.
- Determines work needed to be done to complete assignment with established schedule and processes accordingly.
- Troubleshoots problem systems and takes appropriate actions to correct discrepancies.
- Assists other personnel or specific job assignments.
- Accurately logs on Labor Data Collection System for work orders, time and attendance tracking.
- Completes tasks in a quality manner, within allocated budgets and schedules.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

- Is aware proper aircraft maintenance practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Preform duties assigned while maintaining quality standards within assigned time limits.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The compensation for this position typically falls between $26 and $33 per hour. This position is eligible for overtime. This position may be eligible for a shift differential or relocation assistance. Note, the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
