Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Hydromechanical Engineer (f/m) to join our Customer Services Department based in Toulouse, France.
As a Hydromechanical Engineer you will join our AIRTAC team which is the team dedicated to our customers.
In this organization,you will be in charge to support the airline customers in the resolution of any kind of AOG (Aircraft On Ground) situation. As a Hydromechanical Engineer, you work in a unique environment, within the AIRTAC control room where the support to our customers never stops. Within the framework of the Airbus Commercial Customer Services, you contribute for the delivery of an End to End solution aiming the resolution of the whole Airbus customers fleet AOG related to an aircraft system issue.
The Hydromechanical Engineer works half of the time on a 7/7 shift pattern and half of the time on office hours. A specific premium (&34;prime&34;) is recurrent every month to cover work in shift.
Your challenges:
Activities during “7/7 shift pattern”:
Answer AOG Queries on the hydromechanical ATA chapters (27, 29 & 32) coming from 24/7 Front Desk E2E leader:
Provide Trouble Shouting instructions
Prepare Airworthiness document justification
Connect and Collaborate with stakeholders such as Customer Care centre In Service Engineering, Design Offices, Chief engineering and suppliers
Activities during “office hours working days”:
Maintain and develop technical competencies (ATA 27, 29 & 32) within Customer Support Engineering Teams, design office and suppliers.
Identify Pre-Defined solutions related to AOG cases
