* You must have
* Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a directly related field.
* A minimum of 9 years of work-related experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
* A minimum of 7 years of work-related experience with a Master’s degree.
* A minimum of 3 years of work-related experience with a PhD.
* Engineering experience with electromagnetic compatibility, electromagnetic interference, or electromagnetic environmental effects.
* Experience developing and validating electromagnetic requirements for electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems, interconnects, and structures.
* Experience performing trade studies, modeling, simulation, or other forms of computational electromagnetic analysis.
* Experience defining and conducting tests to validate design performance against requirements.
* Experience managing supplier and partner compliance with technical requirements.
* Ability to support products throughout their lifecycle, including manufacturing and customer use.
* Ability to support project management activities, including work statements, budgets, and schedules.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
* Eligibility to meet U.S. person requirements for export compliance. Preferred Skills
* You will have
* A minimum of 14 years of work-related experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
* A minimum of 12 years of work-related experience with a Master’s degree.
* A minimum of 9 years of work-related experience with a PhD.
* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Physics.
* Experience with aircraft electromagnetic standards including MIL-STD-461,MIL-STD-464,and RTCA DO-160.
* Experience with additional standards including MIL-STD-704,MIL-STD-1275,IEC-61000,and FCC Part 15.
* Experience in the aerospace and defense industry or military programs.
* Experience performing computational electromagnetic analysis using tools such as FEKO, ANSYS, CST, or similar.
* Engineering experience with electrostatic discharge.
* Experience with lightning testing and analysis.
* Experience leading teams of engineers.
* Experience mentoring junior engineers.
* Certification as a TEMPEST Professional. Job Duties & Functions
* You will be able
* Develop and validate electromagnetic compatibility and interference requirements for communication, sensor, electronic warfare, and other electromagnetic systems.
* Develop system architectures to integrate components into higher-level systems and platforms.
* Perform program planning and author E3 support documentation.
* Provide continuous E3 oversight and manufacturing support.
* Conduct trade studies, modeling, simulation, and computational electromagnetic analysis.
* Optimize designs to meet complex electromagnetic requirements.
* Define and conduct tests to validate design performance.
* Oversee supplier electromagnetic testing for compliance with standards and procedures.
* Manage supplier and partner performance to ensure electromagnetic compliance.
* Collect and analyze supplier performance data.
* Provide lifecycle engineering support, including root cause analysis and corrective action.
* Support site-wide interpretation and compliance with ESD process specifications.
* Support project management through status reporting and technical inputs.
* Write technical sections of proposals to support new business development.
* Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineering teams.
