Job Description:
A. Accountabilities
The job holder is responsible for:
⮚ Providing the first line support to the Chinese customers on the MP hot topics/issues, addressing customers&39; concerns and enhancing the satisfaction level of airline customers.
⮚ Communicating with Chinese customers on the new development/evolution of Airbus Maintenance Program, acquiring the customers’ feedback and ensure continuous improvements of Airbus MP Products and services.
⮚ Establishing and delivering timely and consistent solutions to the requests raised by the customers.
B. Dimensions
⮚ Chinese customer: 28 Airlines &43; 2000 plus aircraft for local support and OMP Optimisation service.
⮚ Global fleet for ASAC/FCD/AMPES service.
C. Main activities
The following activities related to Maintenance Program Domain will complement the here:
⮚ Support to Chinese airlines for Maintenance Program Optimization: including General awareness, Tasks selection, Feasibility study, Data collection, DMC saving, Evolution dossier explanation to Airlines, Support airlines for CAAC review.
⮚ Coordinating & supporting customer requests such as ASAC&39;s (Airbus Statement of Airworthiness Compliance), AMPES (Airbus Maintenance Program Engineering Statement) and FCD’s (Flight Condition Document)
⮚ Chinese customer communication and support:
• Investigate & answer urgent queries or hot topics of maintenance programs.
• Visit customers to exchange on MP topics and support EIS when required.
• Organize regular maintenance program conference & Seminar & Webinars with Chinese customers.
• Actively contribute to global strategy implementation in China, such as: MPD new strategy, support SM2.0 on boarding in China.
