PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly skilled Senior Advanced Program/Project Engineer with a strong foundation in project management, cost account oversight, and technical engineering expertise. This is a critical on-site role where you’ll drive the successful execution of long-term IT engineering projects.

Your Role and Impact
As a Senior Advanced Program/Project Engineer, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex hardware/software engineering initiatives. Your ability to manage costs, timelines, and technical deliverables will directly influence project success and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee the full lifecycle of IT engineering projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule.
Conduct engineering design evaluations and provide technical direction to resolve issues.
Manage cost accounts and track project financials to ensure profitability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor information systems policies and controls.
Analyze system reports to identify and resolve hardware/software malfunctions.
Ensure compliance with data security, accuracy, and regulatory standards.
Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in IT project engineering or a related discipline.
Proven expertise in project management and cost account management.
Strong technical background in hardware/software systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and related project tracking tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in technical environments.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards in IT systems.
Leadership experience in cross-functional project teams.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $85.00 per hour
