DescriptionThe Senior Staff Representative, Instructional Designer position is responsible for designing and developing learning interventions, including instructor-led and eLearning courses using Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Methodology. Manages the design of Leadership Development training resources needed to effectively train employees within a diverse footprint (brick and mortar, remote, and contract employees) of the organization.
- Develop eLearning, instructor led, video-based content, blended learning and virtual training materials, including facilitator support guides, end user guides, job aids and interactive learning activities as needed for assigned training projects
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of course content and train-the-trainer classes with facilitators
- Routinely conduct needs analysis to understanding learning gaps, business goals, and learner expectations
- Develop performance assessments and evaluation tools to measure and report the effectiveness of training and to support continuous improvement
- Ensure all training materials align with internal standards, compliance requirements and core4 values.
- Manage multiple projects and timelines while partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
QualificationsThis role requires 3+ years of relevant experience in instructional design or corporate learning & development. This role requires up to 30 travel.

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience designing leadership development programs in a large, complex organization
- Familiarity with airline industry or operational training
- Certification in instructional design or training (e.g., ATD, CPTD, Kirkpatrick, etc.)
- Video scripting and production experience
- Strong data analysis skills to support learning measurement and reporting
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
- Knowledge of Cornerstone
The base pay range for this role is $79,800.00 to $108,790.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
