We are looking for a Advanced Software Engr to manage a medium-sized program in ADS COE, Bangalore. This job requires the individual to work closely with developers, ADS team and program stakeholders and manage the overall program deliverables as lead involved in Web application development and Database Queries/Stored Procedures. The solutions should be highly configurable, and delivered with strong focus on quality, agility, and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities for this position
- Software Lead with full ownership of architecture design for the Connected Engine project — ensuring scalable, efficient, and maintainable systems. Focused on setting best practices and aligning architecture for robust, future-ready solutions.
- Lead as a hands-on engineer while mentoring subordinates, offering technical guidance and encouraging a collaborative team environment
- Review code, architecture, and implementations to ensure high-quality, bug-free software delivery.
- Define and uphold software quality and testing standards within the team.
- Communicate effectively to drive team success and meet project goals and deadlines.
- Own technical decisions and ensure alignment with business and project objectives.
- Actively identify and resolve team or technical challenges with a proactive mindset.
- Continuously learn and apply new technologies aligned with project needs and trends.
- Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability to deliver with excellence.
Take initiative beyond assigned duties to provide creative and effective solutions.
Qualifications
Skills and qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science with 3 to 5 years of experience in web application development.
- Experience in Full Stack web services development (Java Script, React JS, Node JS, REST).
- Experience in PostgreSQL Database or any Relational Database.
- Experience in Azure framework is a must.
- Familiarization with cloud web applications hosting/deployment
- Strong knowledge on Design patterns.
- Expertise in software integration, unit testing & debugging.
- Should be capable of taking complete ownership of a module and coordinating with customers.
- Good understanding and working knowledge of AGILE Process/Tools.
- Excellent focus on execution should ensure responsiveness to customers, team, and management.
