Tasks

Your main tasks will include:

Processing accounting documents: receiving and processing invoice and other documents both physically and electronically, learning the ropes of general accounting principles, chart of accounts, and cost center structures
Communicating with vendors: handling email and phone communications, building your professional network
Maintaining service levels: ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accounting data processing, making a real impact in your area of responsibility

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

Are you a student looking to gain valuable experience? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with:

Strong English skills (min. B2 level)
Preferably studying Finance & Accounting or related
Good command of MS Office, especially MS Excel
A diligent and systematic approach to work
Team player mentality
Sharp analytical skills
Effective time and task management
Excellent communication skills
Professional maturity
Availability min. 30 hours per week (preferably 30-35 hours/week)
