JOB TITLE: Procurement Agent (REMOTE)
LOCATION: Manassas, VA
PAY RATE: $36/hour

Contract Length: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Manage procurement for diverse aerospace programs

Source and purchase components and services

Collaborate with Engineering and Program Management

Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR and ITAR regulations

Major aircraft design/build through 2026

Buyer will communicate directly with suppliers and internal teams

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience

3+ years of experience as a Buyer

5+ years in Supply Chain Management

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

Desired Skills:

Experience with purchased services/subcontracting

Knowledge of FAR/DFAR and acquisition compliance

Strong RFP, SOW, and source selection experience

Aerospace development/production program experience

International subcontract and ITAR experience

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
