As the "Entry Programs" team, we are responsible for Lufthansa Techniks young talent programs. These include student internships, apprenticeships, dual study programs and trainee programs. The development and promotion of talent is very important to us.

This is where you can get involved:

• You support and accompany us in the selection process and onboarding of young talents
• You will work with us to develop concepts and events for the various products and implement them together with us
• You organize and accompany events and are involved in projects
• You will independently carry out benchspan analyses and research activities
• You support us in administrative activities such as the creation of guidelines, creation of certificates, maintenance of Microsoft Teams channels and overviews
• You keep an eye on deadlines and are in direct contact with the target group
• You support us in the placement process after completion of the respective program

To complete an internship in our company, you should be in at least the higher 3rd semester of your Bachelors or Masters degree at the time of the internship.

• Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between the Bachelors and Masters degree program (Gap Year)
• Your study background is in the fields of economics, (business) psychology, human resources, social sciences or similar
• You have preferably already gained some practical experience through internships/part-time work
• You like to contribute your own creative ideas
• You are confident with the common MS Office products, especially Excel
• You have a very good command of English and German
