Program Controls internship is an opportunity to join Project Management team within Honeywell Aerospace to work on projects with real impact on the industry. What is more, you may get full time job offer upon successful completion of internship. In your internship role, you will be part of our global Program Controls team supporting development programs and will be assigned an independent project portfolio to be responsible for.

You will report directly to our Program Controls Manager and you’ll work out of our Brno location on a Hybrid work schedule.

This role is part of our University Relations program, designed to help students and recent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enter/update/manage program data in various program management tools (MS Project, Accolade, SAP, etc.)
• Track program financial data, analyze variances, identify root cause and drive corrective actions
• Analyze program performance, reporting
• Identify and assist in mitigating project risks and issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with project management policies and Honeywell Aerospace best practices
• Maintain project schedule and track milestones
• Process improvement

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled in 3rd of 4th year at university in the Czech Republic
• Eagerness to learn and expend your experience
• Able to work 20 hours a week
• Fluent English (B2 and above)
• Interest in work including project management and data analysis
