Join a team dedicated to designing and producing armored combat and support vehicles. As a prime mover in ground force capabilities, this firm provides innovative solutions that ensure the safety and effectiveness of military personnel worldwide, focusing on durability, mobility, and performance.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of machine learning models and predictive maintenance technologies to support Combat Vehicle programs.
Develop machine learning-based models and algorithms to predict component failures and maintenance needs using vehicle sensor and system data.
Perform statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and data mining to uncover insights and patterns.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data requirements and predictive models.
Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
Continuously monitor, validate, and refine predictive models for improved accuracy and performance.
Research and apply new technologies, tools, and industry best practices to enhance predictive maintenance processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in Statistical Analysis, Data Mining, Pattern Recognition, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Classification, and Clustering.
Strong experience in data manipulation and analysis using Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
Solid experience with SQL scripting, complex queries, and database normalization.
Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Hive).
Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
Strong programming skills in Python, MATLAB, and C/C++.
Understanding of communication protocols such as CAN and Ethernet.
