About the Role
Join PDS Tech Commercial as a Senior Buyer and play a pivotal role in ensuring our supply chain remains agile and responsive. Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Procurement Fulfillment, you’ll leverage your expertise in procurement strategies and supplier management to deliver cost-effective, high-quality solutions that keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Execute procurement actions aligned with organizational goals to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
Manage purchase order contracts to guarantee timely delivery of materials and parts at the right cost.
Work with suppliers to meet forecasted demands, drive recovery when needed, and maintain lines of balance to track progress.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement practices and enhance supplier relationships; ensure clear and timely communication of statuses.
Support procurement projects from initiation to completion, including supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
In-depth knowledge of procurement strategies and supplier relationship management.
Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
Strong MS Office skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Proven track record of managing procurement projects effectively.
Ability to drive change and lead cross-functional teams.

Pay Rate: $37.98 – $47.73/hr, DOE
Shift: Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days in-office

Pay Details: $37.98 to $47.73 per hour
