Role SummaryAs a Shipping/Receiving Clerk, you’ll be a key link in the supply chain—ensuring avionics equipment is accurately received, inspected, documented, and staged to keep production moving. Your reliability and attention to detail directly support quality, schedule adherence, and operational efficiency.
What You’ll DoReceive and open incoming avionics shipments using proper safety protocols
Verify shipment accuracy, identify discrepancies, and reconcile paperwork
Sort documentation and stage carts for downstream process flow
Monitor your own output and quality to meet organizational standards
Use tools, systems, procedures, and processes with moderate supervision
Validate and capture reported defects
Assist with special projects as needed
Support coordination for holidays, extra hours, and shift changes

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Second Shift: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Training: First Shift
Pay Rate: $20.91 per hour
Physical & Safety RequirementsAbility to lift up to 25 lbs independently; 50 lbs via team lift
Use of box knife and material-handling tools
Safety-minded approach in a production environment
QualificationsRequired
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). High School diploma or GED
Dependable and reliable attendance
Ability to follow safety protocols and standard work instructions
Preferred
Experience with SAP or another ERP system
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Pay Details: $20.91 per hour
