Perform maintenance and repairs on customer aircraft; sign off completed work accurately.
Provide technical guidance to the crew and ensure smooth task handoffs between teams.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety protocols.
Demonstrate strong aircraft knowledge and uphold company values and standards.
Communicate effectively with team members across the organization.
Must have active or pending Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certification; aviation experience preferred.
Complete all required safety, HR, and supervisor training (as applicable).
