Position Overview 

We are looking for a motivated A&P Mechanic to join our growing team. You will perform a wide variety of maintenance on helicopters, corporate aircraft, general aviation, agricultural aircraft, and more. Every day brings something different. 

Responsibilities 

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on rotor wing and fixed wing aircraft 

• Diagnose issues in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and avionics systems 

• Execute heavy inspections, repairs, and replacements in accordance with FAA requirements 

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all work meets quality and safety standards 

• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely, professional service 

Qualifications 

• FAA A&P Certification (Airframe and Powerplant) required 

• Experience with helicopters preferred but not required 

• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills 

• Ability to read maintenance manuals, schematics, and service bulletins 

• Detail oriented and able to work safely under pressure 

• Good communication and teamwork skills
