Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and troubleshooting aircraft systems in a Part 145 environment
Coordinate with maintenance leads and supervisors to ensure safe, efficient repairs and timely return-to-service of customer aircraft
Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance on aircraft systems Ensure all work is completed in compliance with applicable maintenance manuals and regulations
Communicate directly with customers regarding aircraft status
Coordinate with the parts department to ensure timely availability of required materials
Open work orders and prepare maintenance documentation
Provide inspection support as authorized by the Chief Inspector
Maintain tools, equipment, and shop facility in support of operations
Exercise sound judgment in safety and maintenance practices
Lead and support team members to ensure efficient task execution
Requirements: Valid A&P License with no violations
Experience with Bombardier and/or Gulfstream Aircraft required.
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 3 5 years of experience in a Part 145 environment
Clean drivers license
A&P, maintenance, troubleshooting
Part 145 or 135 experience
2+ years of supervisory experience is a plus
Must provide own tools
Strong understanding of maintenance reference materials (MM, SRM, IPC, etc.)
Experience with CMP and CAMP tracking systems
Factory or aircraft-specific training preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management, organization, and multitasking abilities
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Strong customer service and teamwork orientation
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
