The Accountable Manager has ultimate responsibility and authority for ensuring that Qmulus Aviation complies with all applicable aviation regulations and Part 145 requirements. The AM ensures sufficient resources, infrastructure, personnel, and funding are available to support a safe and compliant maintenance operation.
This position holds final accountability for regulatory compliance and organizational performance.
Regulatory Accountability
- Ensure continued compliance with 14 CFR Part 145.
- Ensure adherence to approved RSM and QCM.
- Serve as primary executive liaison with the FAA.
- Sign and maintain the Repair Station certificate and OpSpecs.
Resource & Infrastructure Oversight
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and qualified personnel.
- Provide sufficient facilities, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure calibration program support.
- Approve capital expenditures affecting compliance.
Quality & Safety Oversight
- Ensure effectiveness of the Quality Control System.
- Review audit results and corrective actions.
- Ensure findings are resolved in a timely manner.
- Promote a culture of safety and professionalism.
Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Establish business direction and operational priorities.
- Oversee financial performance and sustainability.
- Approve major policy changes.
- Support Director of Maintenance and Chief Inspector in operational execution.
Authority
- Final decision-making authority on regulatory and operational matters.
- Authority to allocate resources to ensure compliance.
- Authority to appoint or remove key management personnel.
