We are seeking motivated Unlicensed Aircraft Mechanics to support aircraft maintenance operations in a fast-paced aerospace environment. This role is responsible for assisting with inspections, repairs, modifications, and general maintenance tasks on aircraft and aircraft components under the direction of licensed personnel and leadership teams. This is an excellent opportunity for mechanics looking to continue building hands-on aviation experience within a stable and team-oriented operation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with aircraft maintenance, repair, and modification tasks in accordance with company procedures and technical data
Perform basic troubleshooting, removals, installations, and component replacements
Support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on aircraft and related systems
Read and interpret maintenance manuals, work instructions, and technical documentation
Complete assigned work orders and documentation accurately
Use hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring equipment safely and effectively
Maintain clean and organized work areas while following all safety procedures
Assist licensed mechanics and inspectors with maintenance activities as needed
Report discrepancies, damaged parts, or maintenance concerns to leadership
Ensure work is completed within quality and production standards
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements Minimum 1-3 years of aircraft maintenance or aviation-related experience required
Previous experience in an MRO, manufacturing, modification, or heavy maintenance environment preferred
Basic understanding of aircraft systems, structures, and maintenance practices
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and work instructions
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Basic computer skills preferred
Must have own tools or ability to obtain required tools
Ability to work overtime, weekends, or varying shifts as needed
Must be able to pass applicable background checks and drug screening
FAA Airframe & Powerplant License is not required for this position
