Job Title: Aircraft Technician
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Aircraft Technician who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will perform maintenance on a variety of corporate aircraft such as Global Express, Gulfstream, Challenger, Citation, and Phenom 300 type aircraft, as well as King Air. Responsibilities include conducting maintenance in accordance with FAA-approved technical data and guidelines, reading and interpreting aircraft maintenance manuals, and ensuring meticulous paperwork submission to release the aircraft.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance on various corporate aircraft including Global Express, Gulfstream, Challenger, Citation, Phenom 300, and King Air.
- Conduct aircraft maintenance following FAA-approved technical data and certified repair station guidelines.
- Read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications to determine repair methods.
- Submit accurate and meticulous paperwork for aircraft release.
- Complete time-sensitive aircraft repairs.
- Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and handle basic office duties.
- Service, inspect, and maintain aircraft, engines, and associated components.
- Ensure timely communication with supervisors, site reps, and MCC regarding aircraft status changes.
- Navigate within a Service Hub or A.O.G. environment.
- Cover phone and communications in supervisors absence.
- Troubleshoot using a multi-meter and calibrated testing equipment.
- Use Microsoft Office and Apple products effectively.
Essential Skills- Experience in aircraft, airframe, and aircraft maintenance.
- Skills in phase maintenance, heavy maintenance, and repair.
- Experience with corporate aircraft such as Cessna, Jet, CRJ, Falcon, Hawker, Gulfstream, Bombardier, Challenger, Phenom, Citation, and King Air.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Preferred experience with aircraft models such as Challenger 350, 650, Global 5000/6000, Phenom 300, Cessna Citation, and Gulfstream 450/550.
- Positive attitude towards productivity, safety, and quality maintenance.
- Ability to meet deadlines and performance goals.
- Ability to work well with supervisors and team members.

Work Environment
This role is based in a large MRO facility working with large teams. The work schedule includes a 4/10 shift from Monday to Thursday for the 2nd shift and a weekend shift of Friday to Sunday with 12-hour shifts from 6 am to 6 pm. The specific hours are Monday to Thursday from 3:30 pm to 1:30 am, and Friday to Sunday from 6 am to 6 pm. Technicians will need to have their own tools.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, North Carolina.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
