F100 Engine Technician – F-16 Program – Mesa, AZ

Direct Hire | $35–$48/hr + Benefits

Nickerson Talent Solutions is seeking experienced Engine Technicians to support a long-term military fighter aircraft maintenance program in Mesa, Arizona.

We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience performing maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and inspection on Pratt & Whitney F100 series engines, preferably supporting F-16 aircraft operations.

Preferred Background

• PW F100-220 / F100-220E / F100-220EI experience
• Fighter aircraft engine maintenance experience
• USAF 5-Level highly preferred
• Heavy maintenance and troubleshooting experience
• Military aviation maintenance background strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, repair, modification, and maintenance on F100 engines
• Troubleshoot engine-related discrepancies
• Interpret technical orders and maintenance documentation
• Support line and heavy maintenance operations
• Complete maintenance records and return-to-service documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety and airworthiness standards
