Role Summary
* In this role, you will coordinate, plan, and control maintenance activities and aircraft release operations in support of the MH-139 program while working onsite at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana. Education & Job Requirements
* You must have
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in an aircraft maintenance environment supporting configuration management and release for flight.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in airplane operational and organizational maintenance or flight operations processes.
* O-level maintenance experience.
* Experience in inspecting aircraft and certifying Aircraft and Engine logbook entries.
* Experience coordinating maintenance control responsibilities.
* Ability to work rotating and variable shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
* Willingness to travel for detachments as required.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to prioritize workload to maintain schedules on assigned projects.
* U.S. Citizenship.
* Education and experience typically acquired through advanced education and a minimum of 6 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Skills
* You will have
* Exceptional Release experience or Safe for Flight certification.
* Experience with military aircraft maintenance operations.
* MH-139 or AW139 aircraft systems experience.
* Extensive experience utilizing AFI 21-101 and associated AFIs, OIs, and Command Directives.
* Subject Matter Expert knowledge of 781 Series Aircraft Forms.
* MH-139 or AW139 flight operations experience. Job Duties & Functions
* You will be able
* Coordinate, plan, organize, and control aircraft maintenance, repair actions, and release for flight.
* Supervise and coordinate maintenance efforts on assigned shifts to meet daily flight schedules.
* Inspect assigned aircraft to certify that all maintenance performed is correct and complete.
* Oversee and manage maintenance control activities across multiple shifts.
* Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and operational requirements.
* Support configuration management and release processes for operational aircraft.
* Work under general direction while maintaining accountability for aircraft readiness.
