We are seeking a skilled and experienced Structures Mechanic to perform inspections, repairs, and modifications on aircraft structures, including fuselage, wings, and control surfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FAA regulations and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, repairs, and modifications on aircraft structures, including fuselage, wings, and control surfaces.
• Utilize technical manuals, blueprints, and engineering drawings to ensure accurate repairs.
• Conduct routine maintenance and preventive measures to ensure aircraft structural integrity.
• Collaborate with other mechanics and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve structural issues.
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed and ensure compliance with FAA regulations.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment used in structural repairs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Structures Mechanic on general aviation aircraft.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

• 2 years of corporate jet or King Air experience required.
• Experience with Citation, Hawker, Lear Jet is a bonus.
• Avionics experience is a bonus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
