Summary:
This is a non-managerial, non-leadership role.
Perform maintenance, modification, and repair of V-22 aircraft, with expertise in either Electrical/Avionics or Airframe systems
Apply general aircraft maintenance procedures, including FOD control, tool control, and safety compliance
Assemble, disassemble, and repair assemblies by replacing aerospace components per product specifications
Conduct component removal and replacement for repair, replacement, or testing
Identify and correct routine issues during maintenance and overhaul processes
Coordinate assembly/disassembly/overhaul tasks to ensure accuracy and thoroughness
Perform functional and diagnostic testing using monitoring instruments and automated test equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical faults with minimal engineering assistance
Validate and verify systems and components to ensure serviceability
Accurately document repairs, inspections, and test results following established procedures
Perform modifications to meet product deliverables and verify accuracy of modification processes
Inspect components for cleanliness and serviceability; document and reconcile any discrepancies
Provide feedback to engineering on instructions and discrepancies as needed
Requirements:
Active Secret Clearance
High school diploma or GED
4+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Hands-on experience with V-22 maintenance and modification
Must be willing and able to travel or deploy (potentially on short notice) both domestically and internationally for variable durations based on customer needs
Note: Failure to meet travel/deployment requirements, unless for compelling reasons, may be considered a voluntary resignation
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
