DIRECT HIRE Welder positions for experienced candidates to work for a great company in McConnellsburg, PA.

Job Summary:
STS Technical Services is seeking experienced Welders for direct hire positions in McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania. Join a reputable company and enjoy competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.
Position Responsibilities:
Operate welding equipment to build high-quality parts and finished products.
Perform welds in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
Use overhead cranes to maneuver parts.
Follow blueprints and verbal/written instructions.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Pay and Benefits:
Pay: $21 – $24.65/hour (based on experience)
Shift Premiums: Available for 2nd & 3rd shifts
Merit Reviews: Twice yearly, up to $0.60/hour increases
Annual Performance Bonus: 5 goal
Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $10k annually
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months welding experience (education or work)
Preferred: Welding Certification and 1+ years of welding experience in manufacturing
Shifts:
2nd shift: 3pm – 11pm
3rd shift: 11 pm- 7am
