The jobholder is part of the A400M Services Programme Quality team located in Getafe, which main job description is:
Main Responsibilities:
Single point of contact for Quality Issues:
Manage authorities and customers:
Manage authorities end-to-end including onsite authorities, on-site quality assurance, as single point of contact for Quality, we ensure the communication and implementation of their requirements (including safety and reliability) throughout the company’s services operational processes.
Programme / Project Quality Manager (PQM):
Programme managed: A400M
Contracts currently managed: OCCAR DPP for Retrofit, GSS3, MTC UK, INDO, MY, KAZ, DEISS, TSSS, GE DIRM, SP DIRCM, GE CIU. New offers and developments in the pipeline.
Main Activities:
PQM:
Check customer contract / bid for quality requirements, track and implement changes and flow down the specific quality requirements;
Act as the guardian of customer quality requirements & expectations ensuring customer feedback is reported and understood in order to identify improvement actions and that the actions are followed up to maintain customer satisfaction;
Ensure that all quality disciplines supporting a programme/project/service are organized, receive the needed inputs and provide consistent and complete deliverables in line with requirements and project schedule:
Create and update the Quality Plan and specific inspection plans and ensure their proper implementation;
Contribute to R&O identification and resolution, identifying risks or opportunities which could have a negative (risk) or positive (opportunity) effect on the achievement of the programme/project/service quality objectives;
Support APQP (or any equivalent quality planning) or APQP Core tools implementation; for the APQP methodology, you will contribute to risk analysis (decision tree) and the determination of APQP relevance and scope for a given project;
Conduct or support reviews for assessing maturity of deliverables (Readiness Reviews, Maturity Gates)
Support or lead the root cause analysis for process gaps or lack of adherence (in line with the defined business management processes) detected during the execution of the contract with an high impact on the customer and / or on the Programme.
Quality Issues of In-Service fleet:
Manage process and product / service eligible Non Conformities (NCs) from initialization, containment, root cause analysis, corrective actions up to the closure (including Alerts / Warning Notices management if applicable) with the relevant organization (Supply Chain, Engineering, Technical Publication, etc) ;
Report to Customer on the evolution of the Quality Issues when applicable, through the Quality Assurance Working Group with OCCAR customer and participants Nations, and through recurrent reports;
Lead the Quality Feedback Loop (QFL) meetings, gathering the quality issues highlighted from the PQMs and local Quality Managers in the support centers;
Quality Survey Reports (QSR) Services focal point:
Job Qualification: technical master education.
Specific desired knowledge:
Quality Management System (ISO 9001, EN 9100), military quality requirement (AQAP 2110 / 2310, ) military and civil regulations (EASA, EMAR);
Root Cause Analysis and problem solving methodologies;
A400M programme and / or In service management
