Due to a fantastic internal move, we’re now on the lookout for a Chapter Lead - Business Analysis to join the team. We’re looking for people with strategic and innovative perspectives on the future of the BA craft, and a natural servant leadership style to empower, enable and coach our Business Analysis Chapter members. If you have a passion for people, the craft of Business Analysis, ability to think "big picture", and an aptitude for working in a complex environment, we invite you to read on.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Engage with the Tribe Leads, Product Owners and Agile Coaches to maximise "flow" in relation to prioritisation, resource allocation, cross-team collaboration and end-to-end efficiency.
