Job Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections, repairs, and modifications to aircraft structures and components.
- Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal parts according to aircraft maintenance manuals and technical drawings.
- Ensure all work complies with FAA regulations, safety standards, and company procedures.
- Use tools such as hammers, shears, and other equipment to manipulate sheet metal.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to troubleshoot and resolve structural issues.
- Must have 5 years of experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in sheet metal work is preferred.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in aircraft sheet metal repair and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Maintenance Mechanics
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of aircraft systems, engines, and components.
- Conduct inspections, identify malfunctions, and make repairs or replacements as needed.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with FAA guidelines.
- Diagnose and fix mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other aircraft system issues.
- Work with a team to address unplanned maintenance events to minimize downtime.
- Must have 5 years' experience.
- Must be self-motivated
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in aviation maintenance preferred.
- A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) certification is highly desired.

- Knowledge of aircraft engines, components, and systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Avionics Technicians
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on aircraft avionics systems, including navigation, communication, radar, and flight control systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose avionics issues using specialized diagnostic equipment and manuals.
- Install and test new avionics systems and components according to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform routine inspections and system tests to ensure proper functioning.
- Keep accurate logs of all maintenance performed and comply with FAA regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an avionics certification is a plus.
- 5 years of experience working with avionics systems and aircraft electronics.
- Strong knowledge of avionics systems, troubleshooting, and diagnostic techniques.
- Experience with both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
