Position Summary

Supports the execution of Joint Business (JB) pricing strategies and operational coordination across Origin–Destination (O&D) networks. The role focuses on implementing pricing policies, managing allocations, coordinating RFP/RFQ activities, and maintaining accurate rate distribution. Works closely with internal teams and JB partners to ensure alignment, compliance, and efficient day-to-day operations while supporting revenue optimization initiatives.

Key Accountabilities
  • Manage customer and carrier allocations across Joint Business (JB) Origin–Destination (O&D) networks, ensuring optimal utilization and adherence to commercial agreements.
  • Execute JB pricing strategies by applying minimum rate guidelines and pricing rules to safeguard revenue and prevent below-cost movements.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics (e.g., allotment utilization, RFP/RFQ outcomes, and spanet trends), identifying risks and escalating issues impacting revenue or service delivery.
  • Manage and control JB O&D rate governance, including accurate uploading, validation, and distribution of pricing data in line with agreed standards.
  • Execute spot pricing requests within defined authority, ensuring alignment with JB pricing policies, spanet conditions, and profitability targets.
  • Coordinate end-to-end RFP/RFQ processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and competitive submissions aligned with JB commercial objectives.
Qualifications and Years of Experience
  • Degree in any related field, or
  • Diploma in any related field, or
  • SPM/SPMV
  • Business Management
  • Aviation Management
  • Air Transport & Logistic
  • Degree

  • SPM/SPMV with 7 years in Aviation Industry
