F135 Fleet Operations organization is seeking a Low Observable Logistics Program Manager (LPM) responsible for all elements required to sustain F135 new production and fielded engines.  As the primary P&W sustainment representative for propulsion Low Observable capabilities for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter, you will communicate requirements to senior leaders within P&W, Joint Program Office, Lockheed Martin and Northrup Grumman on engine Low Observables. You will be the LPM Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all engine LO aspects including unique support equipment, technical data, training, and logistics information systems, Low Observables Health Assessment System (LOHAS) and Engine Signature Predictor (ESP).

The LO LPM will also ensure spares forecasts include usage rates and failure modes from various F-35 customers including the environment they operate in and identify key supportability risks and drive mitigations.

What You Will Do:

• Sustainment lead for LOHAS (Low Observable Health Assessment System) and Engine Signature Predictor (ESP) software product.
• Key contributor for new technologies to improve LO Maintenance practices.
• Ensure engineering processes meet requirements; communicate within P&W support elements and integrate with the Joint Program Office and Lockheed Martin’s support systems.
• Primary LO POC for Unit and Depot Level Maintenance for LO coatings failure modes.
• Primary POC to work with Aircraft Final Assembly & Checkout (FACO) Acceptance Test Facility (ATF) tests (Lockheed, Japan, Italy) to confirm new F-35s are delivered with the best possible propulsion LO Assessment, while meeting P&W specification requirements.
• Owner of standard work for processing propulsion LO coating quality deficiencies generated from ATF tests at FACOs.
• Primary propulsion LO representative for LO and Product Improvement Working Groups with the flexibility to work different shifts.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• BA/BS degree in Engineering, Logistics or Management disciplines
• Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in F-35/F135 project or program management.
• Ability to use, understand and interpret Unit / Depot level Joint Technical Data (JTD).
• Strong interpersonal skills, including leadership and the ability to communicate at all levels, as well as the capability to prioritize tasks and plan effectively.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD Secret security clearance
• Ability to obtain and maintain JCL2 FOCAL certification and program access. 

Qualifications We Prefer:

• An advanced degree in a related field preferred and minimum of 8+ years’ experience.
• Executive-level written and oral communication skills.
• Familiar with technical and logistics field support processes, and engine maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with Global Trade Compliance/Export requirements and strong CORE leadership are desirable.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

For onsite roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
