Roles and Responsibilities
FACILITIES
Operational Management:
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities to ensure their operability and safety.
Resource Optimization:
- Implement strategies to reduce operational costs, such as energy efficiency, internal services, and waste management.
- Monitor resource usage (water, electricity, gas) to identify savings opportunities.
Planning and Expansion:
- Design and execute expansion or remodeling projects based on company needs.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure projects are completed within budget and deadlines.
Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate risks related to facilities, such as equipment failures, structural issues, fires, or operational disruptions.
- Develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity (Business Continuity Plan).
Internal Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure facilities meet the expectations of employees and other users.
- Conduct periodic surveys to measure satisfaction and make adjustments based on feedback.
PROPERTIES
Real Estate Asset Management:
- Manage leasing and contractual obligations.
- Evaluate the financial performance of property usage and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Space Utilization Strategy:
- Optimize the use of available spaces to meet the companys operational and strategic needs.
- Implement innovative solutions to improve functionality and efficiency of spaces.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all properties comply with local government regulations and global business standards, including zoning, permits, safety, and construction standards.
Sustainability:
- Develop strategies to make properties more sustainable, such as implementing green technologies and eco-friendly construction practices.
- Monitor the environmental impact of properties and seek ways to reduce it.
Strategic Planning:
- Identify investment opportunities aligned with the companys objectives.
SERVICES ON-SITECafeteria and Dining Services Management:
- Ensure food services meet quality, hygiene, and nutrition standards.
- Monitor employee satisfaction through surveys and adjust services based on their needs.
- Optimize costs and ensure service sustainability.
Vending Machines:
- Supervise the availability and maintenance of vending machines.
- Ensure the products offered are of quality and aligned with employee preferences.
- Implement monitoring systems to ensure continuous machine operation.
Warehouse:
- Optimize inventory management to ensure the availability of essential materials and supplies.
- Implement inventory control systems to reduce costs and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with storage and safety regulations.

Security Guards:
- Develop strategies to ensure the physical safety of employees, visitors, and company assets.
- Implement monitoring systems and response protocols for security incidents.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a field related to facilities management
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Demonstrated negotiation expertise
- Proven track record in facilities management
- Experience in supplier management and service improvement
- Ability to maximize property return on investment
- Solid project management experience
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Proficiency in budget management
