Position OverviewAs the Integrated Supply Chain Leader for our Civitanavi site, you will hold a Leadership position responsible for supervising all manufacturing and supply chain activities. Your role is critical to ensuring the seamless production of fiber optic gyros, driving efficiency and maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence. Reporting directly to the VP ISC, EMEAI, based in Switzerland, you will be instrumental in aligning site operations with strategic business goals.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and overall responsibility for the sites manufacturing and supply chain excellence.
- Oversee production, cost, and cycle time improvements, ensuring the implementation of initiatives to create a world-class operating environment.
- Develop and execute short and long-range plans to guarantee the attainment of operational results.
- Manage Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Working Capital, and Human Resources functions.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and accountability in achieving business goals.
Qualifications
Qualifications, Skills & Experience- BA or BS Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operations Management.
- 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in operations or supply chain management.
- Proven experience in Operations Management within a highly-regulated manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in Lean management and other process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent proficiency in Italian and English languages.
- Understanding of P&L and operations financial management.
- Green Belt, Black Belt, or Lean Certification preferred.
- Italian speaker, EU Citizen
