At PDS Tech Commercial, we’re seeking a proactive Lead Supervisor to serve as the primary liaison Your leadership will help maintain production goals and uphold our standards.
About the Role
As a Lead Supervisor, you’ll manage daily staffing needs, coordinate replacements for call-outs, assist with new hire placements, and communicate terminations or performance concerns. You’ll play a critical role in keeping workforce operations organized and efficient.
What You’ll Do
Act as the main point of contact between production and recruiting partners.
Oversee daily staffing needs and coordinate replacements for call-outs.
Assist with new hire placements and onboarding.
Communicate terminations and performance concerns promptly.
Track attendance, replacements, and terminations accurately.
Respond quickly to staffing shortages or production delays.
Maintain professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive employee matters.
Qualifications
Required:
2+ years of experience in management, production, or manufacturing.
Strong communication skills for interacting with staff and external partners.
Organized and detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, HR or scheduling software).
Reliable and proactive with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
