Under Sunwing Vacations, we are looking for a Manager, CO-OP Programs to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As the Manager, CO-OP Programs, you will be responsible for delivering spaneting plans, managing budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring compliance, all while fostering strong partnerships and driving measurable results to support business growth and enhance brand visibility. The position reports to the Director, CO-OP Programs, Partnerships, Gift Cards and Events and will be located in Toronto, ON.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with the partner spaneting team to create targeted spaneting strategies that align with business objectives.
- Ensure all spaneting campaigns comply with legal, financial, and corporate guidelines.
- Manage the tracking and reporting of budget expenditures, ensuring accuracy and alignment with allocated funds.
- Prepare and submit detailed Proof of Performance reports to partners and senior management, showcasing the effectiveness and ROI of campaigns.
- Use data analytics tools and/or media agency to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster strong, ongoing relationships with partner spaneting and internal spaneting team to ensure smooth communication and alignment of goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
- Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to work effectively with partners and internal teams.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to present plans, negotiate agreements, and report performance metrics.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Data Analysis: Analytical skills for interpreting data, evaluating ROI, and generating insights.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in managing financials, reports, and compliance.
- Teamwork & Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior team members.
- Travel industry experience a plus
- French and/or Spanish language a plus
