Job Description:
Supporting Sales Campaigns
Manage autonomously all types of campaign cases and accounts, including joint Aircraft and Services campaigns, through a broad spectrum of types of analyses, enabled through mastery of all the necessary tools and techniques.
Ability to manage complex accounts (eg groups) / sub regions and campaigns and/or support other accounts from a strategic point of view as well as guidance on the specificities of the various types of analyses and deliverables.
Maintaining standards of analysis and marketing material
Ensure the right level and quality of analysis is being performed on all campaigns in the Business unit / sub region / region as applicable , application of best practices, and consistency across the region
Perform with the necessary anticipation pro-active campaign planning and pro-active definition of campaign strategy, approach and direction, fleet vision, and framework of product pitch (key elements to demonstrate best airline fleet fit of Airbus products, and establish favourable competitive position). Partnering with HO Marketing to ensure this is done for all accounts in a coordinated and coherent manner at regional level. Interact with Customers: establish and maintain good relationships with customers; convey marketing argumentation to customer audience through documents, presentations and other means and obtain data and information to enhance marketing analysis through customer interaction (add services , add value selling )

Campaigns and Projects
For assigned projects, co-operate and co-ordinate with Marketing and Commercial Account Directors and Services Sales Directors to contribute to campaign strategy development.
Ensure strong collaboration with other regions and the central teams in coordination of global operational topics as well as on continuous improvement topics
Report and feedback internally. Drive and consolidate the analysis and feedback of the region to establish market needs regarding future product and services development, contributing to Airbus offering strategy.
Ensure quality internal market feedback via various established tools and reporting means.
Maintain systematic feedback to the concerned Ho Marketing in the region; Write or contribute to required internal reports (Salesforce event reports after each visit, Opportunity Plans, campaign strategy) for the campaigns as well as Campaign Feedbacks. Contribute to Airbus product (aircraft and services) strategy development through market feedback, as well as the Marketing surveys about campaign and product requirement, including services.
For assigned projects, cooperate and coordinate with Marketing, Commercial Account Directors and Commercial Directors - Services to contribute to campaign strategy development. Accountability for delivering team objectives
Demonstrate value that products and services bring to the customer and ultimate positioning against the competition. Provide thought-leadership in creating concepts and developing documents that demonstrate Airbus’s superiority in realising customer’s needs.
On the jobholder&39;s region/market, supervise all marketing activities, monitor campaigns developed by Senior Analysts and Marketing Managers and obtain a constant understanding of market requirements.
Contribute to analysis and feedback to establish market needs regarding future product development, contributing to Airbus product strategy.

Support training and the induction program of new comers
Provide mentoring to less experienced members ensuring continuous development and upskilling
