Position Overview:
Boeing India Defense Private Limited (BIDPL) team is looking for a Program Integration Manager for the P-8I Sustainment Program supporting the Indian Navy to be based out at New Delhi, India .
The successful candidate will report to the P8-I Program Manager and lead critical aspects of the P-8I sustainment program, ensuring, timely communication and coordinated delivery of contractual commitments to the Indian Navy.
Previous experience of aircraft sustainment projects would be a distinct advantage and would suit applicants with program management backgrounds in aerospace environments.
Position Responsibilities:
Establishes Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) program goals.
Lead program integration activities across supply chain, quality, and program teams.
Coordinate program activities with cross functional teams in Boeing USA
Coordinate program-level risk management, identify and implement mitigation plans.
Facilitate program review meetings with the Indian Navy.
Provide program-level reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders (milestones, KPIs, SPI and CPI).
Drive continuous improvement of integration processes, tools, and data flow across teams.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, specifications, and enterprise policies and procedures.
Lead internal program teams and ensure assigned individuals are executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher is required as a BASIC QUALIFICATION with 11+ years of related experience.
8 years or more experience leading cross-functional teams on aircraft maintenance or operational programs
5 years or more experience in program management of sustainment programs in the aerospace domain
Experience in a role that requires organizational skills with the capability to prioritize, facilitate and coordinate multiple projects
Able to work independently without high levels of supervision (self-motivated)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Creativity in problem solving
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate multifaceted information to diverse audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to deal with both internal and external stakeholders
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 13 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+ 12 years related work experience.
