We&39;re looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team—someone who can lead high-impact, customer-facing projects and drive excellence in delivery across the organization.
As a Project Manager, you&39;ll own the planning, coordination, and execution of complex software delivery projects. You&39;ll work closely with engineering, product, support, and customer teams to ensure every project meets the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and satisfaction. You&39;ll also influence delivery best practices and help shape the future of how we scale and operate.
What You&39;ll Do
- Lead complex software delivery projects from kickoff through deployment
- Develop and manage project plans, risks, budgets, and deliverables
- Represent the project delivery function in leadership planning and customer engagements
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and senior stakeholders
- Mentor mid-level project managers and support team development
- Coordinate efforts across engineering, QA, product, and support teams
- Drive process improvement initiatives across the delivery lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry requirements
- Oversee testing, training, implementation, and post-deployment activities
- Define, estimate, and assess new projects and proposals
What We&39;re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on software delivery
- Proven ability to manage large-scale or mission-critical software initiatives
- An aptitude for process improvement and change management
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Microsoft Planner, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Experience engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach project teams
- Background in regulated industries (e.g., defense, aerospace) is a strong asset
- PMP, Agile, or similar certifications are preferred
